Places like Kendall Indian Hammocks Park offer vast green spaces, walking trails, and even disc golf, making it a favorite for outdoor enthusiasts. You’ll also find community centers and smaller neighborhood parks scattered throughout. For shopping, we’ve got everything from the larger retail centers like The Palms at Town & Country to local boutiques. And when hunger strikes, there’s a fantastic array of dining options, from Cuban bakeries serving up delicious pastelitos to diverse international cuisine.

We’re bordered by some great neighboring communities. To our east, you have Kendall, which is essentially our larger parent community and home to things like Dadeland Mall. To the north, you’ll find Sunset and Glenvar Heights, offering their own unique flavors and amenities. Head south, and you’ll hit Palmetto Estates and Richmond Heights, more residential areas that contribute to the strong community feel of this part of Miami-Dade County. And to the west, we transition into areas like The Crossings and Kendale Lakes, continuing the suburban spread that makes this area so appealing for families. Living here, you get the best of both worlds: a peaceful home environment with easy access to all that South Florida has to offer.
