Our homes are pretty diverse, ranging from classic 1950s ranch styles that give Pinecrest a timeless charm, to sprawling new construction properties with all the modern bells and whistles. What they all share, though, is space. People come here for the generous lot sizes, which often feature beautiful landscaping, private pools, and outdoor living areas perfect for entertaining. It’s all about embracing that South Florida lifestyle, with indoor-outdoor living at its core.

And while we love our quiet residential streets, we’re not cut off from anything. US-1 runs right along our western boundary, acting as a convenient commercial corridor. You’ll find a fantastic array of restaurants – everything from delicious Thai to authentic Peruvian – plus grocery stores like Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, and Publix. For a bit of retail therapy or a good book, Suniland Shopping Center is a local favorite.

One of our crown jewels is Pinecrest Gardens, a historic botanical garden that’s truly magical. It’s a fantastic spot for a leisurely afternoon, and they host all sorts of community events throughout the year, from art fairs to chili cook-offs and their popular “Nights of Lights” during the holidays. It’s a gathering place for sure.

When it comes to location, we’re perfectly situated. We’re just a short drive south of Downtown Miami, making it easy to pop into the city for work or play. As for our neighbors, we’re bordered by some other great communities. To our north, you’ll find the charming city of South Miami, with its lively downtown area. To the east, we have the beautiful, historic city of Coral Gables. Head south, and you’ll hit Palmetto Bay, another lovely residential area, and to our west, the vibrant community of Kendall. It’s a great network of places, but for us, Pinecrest truly feels like home.
